Salsa/Bachata/Merengue/ChaCha Lessons,clubs,events in Seoul, S Korea
We're doing another casino rueda bootcamp on September 12. That's a Saturday. It'll be from 4-6pm just like the last one.
The first bootcamp was a success but we want to build on it and also the Casino Reuda 101 class that we also had.
The bootcamp and class resulted in at least 12-15 learning a lot of casino rueda. We think that with this next class we'll add significantly to the size of our 'circle'.....i.e. our rueda qualified dancers.
As a result of our recent casino rueda events, we're now at the point where we can put together a 3 or 4 person rueda when we go out (providing everybody is there of course ;-)
That's something to be proud of considering that we started from a 'dead stop'. If we can add just a few more dancers to our informal group of casino rueda qualified veterans, we'll be able to began to really show the general salsa community what casino rueda is all about.
This next bootcamp is oriented toward both total salsa beginners and intermediates but of course higher level dancers are welcome.
We're allowing anybody who's already attended either a bootcamp or Casino rueda 101 to attend for free. If that includes you, we'd really appreciate you coming. The 'newbies' in the class will appreciate having you there and we think you'll enjoy the chance to practice too.
One of the new elements in this class will be a little bit of 'salsa suelta' ('loose salsa'). It's basically a bried interlude of free style salsa that'll put more spice and variety into our performance. It'll be unique but we think you'll like it.
Just to help defray the cost of refreshments, we're setting a 5,000 KW fee for this class. That's includes the 2 full hours of instruction, refreshments, and the chance to make a whole new circle of salsa 'hang-out' friends.
If you're a lady, we're also asking that you bring a partner. This is because we feel it was somewhat dissappointing for some of the ladies who came last time that we didn't have quiet enough 'guys' for them to dance.
If you're a girl and you want to learn the lead part, you can come solo.
Guys can still come 'solo' too.
Don't hesitate to call if you have any questions.
Best regards,
Art
