If you want to learn salsa/bachata/merengue/cha-cha in Seoul one of your options would be to take lessons at Candela Dance Studio in the Yangjae area of the city. The owner and primary instructor is Phillip Hyun.
Phillip's studio is the oldest salsa dance studio in Seoul. It's easy to get to and features three beautiful, well lit, airconditioned rooms with sparkling perfect woodenn floors and great sound systems.
Phillip teaches primarily 'on2' salsa because that's what most Koreans dance. But he can teach 'on 1' style salsa and bachata, merengue and cha-cha as well.
Phillip speaks very good English and is very familiar with the latindance scene in Seoul. He maintains a website at http://www.candeladance.com and can be reached at (82) 010 7122 7790 or pillhwan@gmail.com
